For all new clients we require a credit card number to hold appointment. We do have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you are not able to make an appointment, we just ask to please give us a call/email to cancel so that we are able to accommodate other clients on our waitlist. If the appointment is not cancelled within the required 24 hours, we do charge for the full service fee.
At this moment, masks are not required in salon. If you would like your stylist to wear a mask, please let us know. We are more than happy to accommodate any of your needs. We will be changing this policy as we get updates from State Board and OSHA. Our goal is to keep everyone safe!
