For all new clients we require a credit card number to the hold appointment. We do have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you are not able to make an appt, we just ask to please give us a call/email to cancel so that we are able to accommodate other clients on our waitlist. If the appointment is not cancelled within the required 24 hours, we do charge for the full appointment.
As this moment, we still are requiring both stylists and clients to wear masks. We will be changing this policy once we hear from State Board and OSHA. Our goal is to keep everyone safe!
